Life filled with compassion. Life filled with adventure. Life overflowing with love. Interrupt us with stories and encounters; laughter and tears that shake us to our core and help us reach out beyond our agendas. Catch us in our own sense of importance. Help us be humble, able to laugh at ourselves. Hear other perspectives and admit there might be other ways than our own. Catch us when our hearts get hard and our spirits are weary. Break us open. Give us tender hearts so we may love as we are loved. Help us rest, tend our relationships, and trust your spirit of love is at work in this world in, with and through us. Amen. Senator Bishop led the Senate in the Pledge of Allegiance. 2019-04-10 Senate Journal Page 0774 Certification Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the journals for the eighty-fourth and eighty-fifth legislative days be approved as certified by the Secretary.
