Memorandum from the Division of Legal and Research Services, Legislative Affairs Agency, reporting the following manifest errors in CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 2002(FIN), which have been corrected in enrolling: Page 19, line 19: Delete "$9,286,780" Insert "$9,252,203" Page 21, lines 8 - 12: Delete all material. Renumber the following paragraphs accordingly. The appropriation made in sec. 16(a)(16) of this Act, page 21, lines 8 - 12, is a duplicate reappropriation of the appropriation made in sec. 13 of this Act. Due to a drafting error, the appropriation was not removed when sec. 13 was added to the bill. We have removed sec. 16(a)(16), consistent with legislative intent. The estimated total of the appropriations made in sec. 16(a) has been adjusted accordingly.
