Senator Coghill moved the Senate rescind its previous action in failing                                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 1002 am(fld S) "An Act making a special                                                                         
appropriation for the payment of permanent fund dividends; and                                                                  
providing for an effective date." Objections were heard.                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello moved to table the motion to rescind. Objections                                                               
were heard.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello rose to a point of order stating the motion to table is                                                        
not debatable.
