Full Journal pdf2019-06-10 Senate Journal Page 1310 HCR 101 Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent to take up HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 101 Relating to the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund and establishing a bicameral legislative working group on the use of earnings of the Alaska permanent fund, which had been held on the Secretary's desk. Without objection, the resolution was before the Senate on final passage. 2019-06-10 Senate Journal Page 1311 Senator Costello offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 1, following "fund": Insert "and the amount of the permanent fund dividend" Page 2, following line 12: Insert new material to read: "FURTHER RESOLVED that the permanent fund dividend shall be distributed to residents in the amount calculated under AS 43.23.025 until the working group makes recommendations on the future use of the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund and those recommendations are passed by the Alaska State Legislature and signed into law by the governor; and be it" Senator Costello moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Objections were heard. Senator Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent to be added as a cosponsor on Amendment No. 1. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 101 Final Passage Amendment No. 1?
