Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be returned to second reading. There being no objection, President Giessel stated the bill would be returned to second reading for all amendments offered today. Senators Wielechowski, Kiehl, Kawasaki, Begich, Olson, Stevens, Stedman, Bishop, Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on Amendment No. 2. (g) The amount necessary, when added to the appropriation made in (f) of this section, to fund the total amount authorized under AS 37.13.145(b) for transfer by the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation on June 30, 2019, estimated to be $915,490,500, is appropriated from the earnings reserve account (AS 37.13.145) to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, for the payment of a supplemental permanent fund dividend, and for administrative and associated costs, on or before May 1, 2020, to eligible individuals who received a 2019 permanent fund dividend."
