Pursuant to adjournment the House was called to order by Speaker

Roll call showed 36 members present.  Representative Tilton had been                                                            
excused from a call of the House today.  District 3 was vacant.

    Father, we ask a special prayer today for our state and our                                                                 
    traditional Native leaders, that as we work together, we invite                                                             
    your holy presence amongst us. We ask this special blessing                                                                 
    of comfort, discernment, and faith. That as decisions are made                                                              
    and matters of great importance are discussed that your                                                                     
    guidance intercedes.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
    Please take care of all those that are hungry, lonely, and those                                                            
    in need of compassion and kindness. Be with them, Father, at                                                                
    this and in all times, as those in position bring forth                                                                     
    assistance.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    Father, we thank you for this day and we ask that you reach                                                                 
    out to all people of our ancestral homeland and all people that
