Pursuant to adjournment the House was called to order by Speaker                                                                
Edgmon at 10:36 a.m.

submitting amendments to the February 19 report (page 120).

Lacking the required 45 votes, the Governor's line item vetoes were                                                             
sustained to the following bill, and the engrossed and enrolled copies

    program expenses of state government and for certain programs;
