Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that Representatives Knopp, LeDoux, Neuman, and Shaw be excused from a call of the House today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Luckhaupt, Revisor of Statutes, was received: "Chapter 22, SLA 2017, authorized a land exchange between the Alaska mental health land trust and the federal government if certain conditions specified in Section 6(a) of the Act were satisfied. Section 6(b) of that Act provided that the Act only takes effect if the chair of the board of trustees of the Alaska Mental Health Authority "certifies in writing to the lieutenant governor and the revisor of statutes . . . that the conditions in (a) of this section have occurred."
