There being no further objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 1, lines 4 - 10: Delete all material and insert: "* Section 1. ALASKA PERMANENT FUND. The amount authorized under AS 37.13.145(b) for transfer by the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation on June 30, 2019, estimated to be $1,944,000,000, is appropriated from the earnings reserve account (AS 37.13.145) to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for the payment of permanent fund dividends and for administrative and associated costs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Wool objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 2003(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 2003(FIN) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
