System/Marine Vessel Operations); Page 19, lines 13 - 16 (State Aid                                                             
for Costs of School Construction); and Page 19, lines 25 - 27                                                                   
(Regional Education Attendance Area/Small Municipal School                                                                      
District School Fund) of the following:                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
          SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 2001(FIN) am S                                                                   
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                    
    program expenses of state government and for certain programs;                                                              
    capitalizing funds; making supplemental appropriations,                                                                     
    reappropriations, and other appropriations; making appropriations                                                           
    for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated                                                            
    comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an                                                                   
    effective date."
