A message dated July 29 and received at 4:25 p.m. was read stating                                                              
the Senate passed CSHB 2001(FIN) am with the following                                                                          
amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration:

            SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 2001(FIN) am S                                                                 
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                   
     program expenses of state government and for certain programs;                                                             
     capitalizing funds; making supplemental appropriations,                                                                    
     reappropriations, and other appropriations; making appropriations                                                          
     for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated                                                           
     comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an                                                                  
     effective date."                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
The message further stated that under Uniform Rule 43(b)                                                                        
engrossment had been waived and certified amendments were attached                                                              
(Senate Journal pages 1417-1419).
