Senators Costello, Egan, Hughes, Meyer, Wilson, Micciche were present for the technical session. Messages from the Governor HB 287 Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on May 3 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing: SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 287(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for public education and transportation of students; and providing for an effective date."
