Senators Egan, Kelly were present for the technical session. Senators Gardner, Stedman were excused from a call of the Senate. Messages from the Governor A Declaration of Disaster Emergency, dated November 14, regarding the September 2017 North Coast Storm Disaster with an accompanying letter and finance plan was received. The declaration, letter and finance plan had been copied to the Finance Committee Cochairs. SB 28 Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on November 16 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing: SENATE BILL NO. 28 "An Act relating to the general grant land entitlement for the Petersburg Borough; and providing for an effective date."
