     Supporting the Alaska Congressional delegation in                                                                          
     protecting the state's right to manage wildlife within its                                                                 
     borders.

President Kelly referred the resolution to the Secretary's desk. Senator                                                        
Gardner objected. President Kelly ruled the referral to the Secretary's
