The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 403(L&C) Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Dates YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Egan, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Kelly, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Excused: Hughes and so, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 403(L&C) passed the Senate. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent to return CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19(CRA) am to the Rules Committee. Without objection, the resolution was returned to Rules Committee. HCR 23 CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23(RES) was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage.
