Pursuant to adjournment the House was called to order by Speaker                                                                
Edgmon at 10:35 a.m.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Roll call showed 34 members present.  Representative Knopp had                                                                  
been excused from a call of the House today.  Representative Gara                                                               
was absent and his presence was noted later.  Representative Wilson                                                             
was absent.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
following members be excused from a call of the House.  There being

    Dear God, we stand together in your presence today,                                                                         
    reminded that we are but your instruments on this earth.                                                                    
    Guide us in the prosecution of our duties, grant us the                                                                     
    foresight and wisdom to complete our appointed endeavors,                                                                   
    and above all, imbue us with your grace so that we may be                                                                   
    reflective in thought, uplifting in spirit, and patient in word                                                             
    and deed.                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
    We also ask that you bless the community that is this                                                                       
    Chamber as it addresses the issues that will affect your people
