With respect for the beliefs of each person here, I offer this prayer. Dear Heavenly Father, I lift up the House of Representatives to you and I ask your blessing upon them as they work together for the good of our state. Grant them insight and wisdom as they face the challenges this day brings. Let your peace that passes all understanding abide in this Chamber. Renew their strength and lift any weariness off of them. Lord, fill this place with your presence and bring fresh air and new life to the members that they would soar like eagles as they reason together to find the solutions to the issues before them. 2017-03-16 House Journal Page 0574 And now, may the Lord cause his face to shine upon you.
