Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There was objection. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" CSHB 110(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 285 The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was not taken up on the March 29 calendar (page 2928), would be held to the April 2 calendar: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 285(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date."
