Amendment No. 61 was offered by Representatives Pruitt and Reinbold: Page 51, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that the unrestricted general fund appropriations in the state operating budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, not exceed $3,900,000,000." Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 61 be adopted. Representative Kito objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 61 be adopted?"
