2018-04-26 House Journal Page 3445 HB 410 The following, which was carried over to today's calendar due to canceled session (page 3429), was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 410 "An Act relating to the reinstatement of Native corporations; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page CRA RPT 5DP 3335 FN1: ZERO(CED) 3336 Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 410 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 410 was read the third time. Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and she was required to vote. 2018-04-26 House Journal Page 3446 The Speaker stated that many members may have a perceived conflict of interest and ruled that all members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall HB 410 pass the House?" Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 410 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
