2459. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There                                                              
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 196(FIN)                                                                     
"An Act relating to the amount appropriated for power cost                                                                      
equalization; relating to the use of certain unexpended earnings from                                                           
the power cost equalization endowment fund; and providing for an

position of executive administrator for the Board of Pharmacy" was                                                              
read the second time.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
