Senator Egan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, line 5, following "days": Insert ", provided that the Legislative Affairs Agency, after considering all eligible costs, but not including travel for legislators' personal staff, certifies the location will be less expensive than a session of the same length held in the capital city" Senator Egan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
