Senator Kelly was absent. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator Kelly be excused from a call of the Senate today. Without objection, Senator Kelly was excused. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Sue Bahleda, Resurrection Lutheran Church. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread.
