Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to take up                                                                    
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 101. Without                                                                                    
objection, the resolution was before the Senate on final passage.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                          
NO. 101 Authorizing a recess by the House of Representatives or                                                                 
Senate for a period of more than three days, pass the Senate?" The roll

days, and moved and asked unanimous consent that it be taken up at                                                              
this time. Without objection, the resolution was before the Senate on
