Reading from Psalm 103 verses 8 - 11: "The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him." God of creation and God of mercy, we are doing our best to work with each other for Alaskans. We need your help. Guide our Governor, our two bodies to reach a conclusion to this year's budget. Be with our family members that are having health needs today. Thank you for the forum that we have to do the business of our state. I will close with Psalm 103 verse 22: "Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul."
