The department shall notify the child's parents or guardian, a grandparent who is entitled to notice of hearings under AS 47.10.030(d), and the child's foster parent or out-of-home caregiver at least seven days before the meeting. The department may conduct a meeting under this section in person, by telephone, or through electronic communication."
