Pursuant to adjournment the House was called to order by Speaker                                                                
Chenault at 10:35 a.m.                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Roll call showed 30 members present.  Representatives Claman,                                                                   
Kreiss-Tomkins, Lynn, Thompson, Tuck, and Vazquez had been                                                                      
excused from a call of the House today.  Representative Wool was                                                                
later excused.  Representatives Gara and Pruitt were absent and their                                                           
presence was noted later.  There was one vacancy.                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Lieutenant Dana Walters                                                             
of the Salvation Army.  Representative Wilson moved and asked                                                                   
unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.  There                                                          
being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    Good Morning Lord!                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    Thank you for the privilege of living in this amazing land we                                                               
    call Alaska.  Thank you for these people, some who are away                                                                 
    from family and friends, who are here to serve all of Alaska.  I                                                            
    pray that you would bless them with clarity to understand                                                                   
    what they are hearing, the ability to articulate clearly what                                                               
    they are thinking, and wisdom to make the best decisions for                                                                
    all concerned.  In Jesus' name.
