Our tradition teaches us the person that rises from prayer a better person; that person's prayer has been answered. May we learn to appreciate the gifts that Max brought to us through his life's example. May we apply these gifts in our 2016-02-17 House Journal Page 1634 lives and our work to strive toward goals of compassion and caring in order to bring healing to our communities, blessing to our state, and balance in our lives.
