Message dated April 27 was read stating the House has adopted the                                                               
report of the Conference Committee with limited powers of free                                                                  
conference considering SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                          
NO. 73(FIN) and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73(FIN), thus adopting:                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
          CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73 "An                                                                               
          Act making appropriations for the operating and                                                                       
          capital expenses of the state's integrated                                                                            
          comprehensive mental health program; and providing
