Letters dated June 27 and July 31 were received regarding the 2013 Spring Floods Disaster, requesting legislative approval to extend the Declaration of Disaster Emergency as required by AS 26.23.020(c). A letter dated August 16, was received regarding the Declaration of Disaster dated May 31, requesting legislative approval of a finance plan as required by AS 26.23.020(k)(2).
