Respecting the beliefs of all Alaskans, I lift up this prayer today in the name of Jesus. I use his name not to exclude but in his name I see the hungry, the thirsty, the stranger, the naked, the sick and those in prison. I pray in Jesus' name today so we may not forget his face in the many Alaskans who suffer in poverty, abuse, loneliness, sickness and imprisonment.
