Senator Kelly, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call of the Senate be waived. Without objection, it was so ordered. Standing Committee Reports SB 16 The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 16 "An Act relating to the Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors and to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development." Signing do pass: Senator Kelly, Cochair; Senators Hoffman, Dunleavy, Fairclough, Bishop. Signing no recommendation: Senator Olson. The following fiscal information was published today: Fiscal Note No. 2, Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development The bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
