Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                 
amendment to HB 385, thus adopting SCS HB 385(FIN), and                                                                         
recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate
