The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess until 5:00 p.m.; and so, the House recessed at 11:59 a.m. AFTER RECESS The Speaker called the House back to order at 5:06 p.m. **Representative Foster was excused from a call of the House (page 1684). RECONSIDERATION HB 263 Representative Tuck brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 263(HSS) (page 1682). The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 263(HSS) "An Act extending the Alaska senior benefits payment program." Representatives Herron and Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. Representative Gruenberg rose to a point of order.
