Senator Huggins was absent. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator Huggins be excused from a call of the Senate today. Without objection, Senator Huggins was excused. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Senator Giessel. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Our Father, Lord, in heaven, may your holy name be honored today. May your perfect plan become real on earth just as it exists in heaven. I ask that you fill us today with our daily need for your wisdom.
