RESOLUTION NO. 34(STA) am Urging the United States Congress                                                                     
to fund all the facilities and vessels necessary for the United States                                                          
Coast Guard to fulfill its Arctic missions, including icebreakers and an                                                        
Arctic Coast Guard base. Signing do pass: Senator Wielechowski,
