          SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 16(FIN) "An                                                                              
          Act extending the senior benefits payment program;                                                                    
          and relating to income allowances for medical                                                                         
          assistance recipients and Alaska Pioneers' Homes and                                                                  
          Alaska Veterans' Homes residents."
