The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 98(JUD) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 98(JUD) passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. Second Reading of House Bills HB 7 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 7(JUD) "An Act classifying certain substances as schedule IIIA controlled substances; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 628. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 7(JUD) "An Act classifying certain substances as schedule IIIA controlled substances and relating to penalties for possession of those substances; and providing for an effective date" was adopted.
