Cissna, Keller, Miller, Pruitt, and Thompson had been excused from a

    Today I come before you asking for your guidance for the                                                                    
    representatives of the people of the great state of Alaska.  I                                                              
    ask that you would bless the people in this meeting today.                                                                  
    Pour out your grace upon this assembly that wisdom may                                                                      
    abound in these halls.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
    Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains                                                                    
    understanding; for her proceeds are better than the profits of                                                              
    silver, and her gain than fine gold.  She is more precious than
