Representative Stoltze brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                                                
SCR 24 (page 2434).                                                                                                             
The following was again before the House in second reading:

     SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24                                                                                        
     Establishing the Alaska Legislative Celebration Commission to                                                              
     organize events to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first                                                          
       convening of the legislative branch of government in Alaska.                                                            
Representative Stoltze, Finance Committee Co-chair, moved and                                                                   
asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the following updated                                                              
fiscal note to replace Fiscal Note No. 1 for the Finance Committee                                                              
report (page 2388):

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall SCR 24 pass the House?"
