(HCR 37 - title change resolution) Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Johnson: Page 2, following line 29: Insert a new subsection to read: "(e) The state shall comply with the coverage requirements in this section for a health care insurance plan provided to its employees to the extent permitted by state and federal law." Reletter the following subsection accordingly. Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There was objection. Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
