There being no objection, the following was adopted: 2d CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 267(JUD) "An Act relating to the Real Estate Commission; relating to temporary permits issued by the Real Estate Commission; relating to licensed assistants who are employed by other real estate licensees; relating to contributions by a real estate licensee to a charitable organization; and providing for an effective date." 2d CSHB 267(JUD) was automatically in third reading. The question being: "Shall 2d CSHB 267(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johnson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on 2d CSHB 267(JUD).
