Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call of the Senate be waived and all members be shown as present. Without objection, it was so ordered. Messages from the Governor HJR 11 Message dated February 12 was read stating the Governor read the following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 11(FIN) Relating to the federal stimulus package.
