The Health and Social Services Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 168 "An Act relating to state certification and designation of                                                              
trauma centers; creating the uncompensated trauma care fund to offset                                                           
uncompensated trauma care provided at certified and designated                                                                  
trauma centers; and providing for an effective date" and recommended                                                            
it be replaced with                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 168(HSS) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to state certification and designation of                                                                    
          trauma centers; creating the trauma care fund to                                                                      
          offset the cost of trauma care provided at certified                                                                  
          and designated trauma centers and including a                                                                         
          portion of the tax levy on alcohol as a source of                                                                     
          money that may be appropriated to the trauma care
