Roll call showed 37 members present.  Representative Gatto had been                                                             
excused from a call of the House today.  Representatives Cissna and                                                             
Edgmon were absent and their presence was noted later.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Judy Shook of                                                                
Aldersgate United Methodist Church.  Representative P. Wilson                                                                   
moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on
