2009-03-13 House Journal Page 0467 HB 83 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March 12, 2009, calendar (page 444), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 83(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." 2009-03-13 House Journal Page 0468 The question being: "Shall CSHB 83(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 83(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
