President pro tempore Kookesh stated the roll call of the Senate would be waived. Without objection, it was so ordered. Messages from the Governor Executive Proclamation Under the authority of art. II, sec. 9, and art. Legislative Resolve No. 69 Unfinished Business SB 3001 Notwithstanding Mason's Manual section 445(3), and in accordance with AS 43.90.190, SENATE BILL NO. 3001 "An Act approving issuance of a license by the commissioner of revenue and the commissioner of natural resources to TransCanada Alaska Company, LLC and Foothills Pipe Lines Ltd., jointly as licensee, under the 2008-07-01 Senate Journal Page 3126 Alaska Gasline Inducement Act; and providing for an effective date" and HOUSE BILL NO. 3001 will be carried over to any subsequent special session convened for that purpose. II, sec. 9, Constitution of the State of Alaska, this Third Special Session of the Alaska Legislature ends at midnight, July 2. President pro tempore Kookesh stated it is out of order to consider a main motion in today's technical session, so, without objection, the Senate would stand in adjournment, effectively ending the Third Special Session sine die at midnight, July 2.
