Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President                                                             
Green at 11:06 a.m.                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The roll showed nineteen members present. Senator McGuire was                                                                   
absent.                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to amend Senator                                                                
McGuire's prior excusal (page 2248) in order that she be excused from                                                           
a call of the Senate through morning plane time, March 27. Without                                                              
objection, Senator McGuire was excused.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Sue Bahleda of                                                                   
Resurrection Lutheran Church. Senator Hoffman moved and asked                                                                   
unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was

2222. Senator Therriault objected, then withdrew his objection. There

"An Act relating to disclosure of certain information from the records                                                          
of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development and limiting

architects, engineers, land surveyors, or landscape architects" was read
