Lord, as our inner selves yearn to go back home to our families and our friends and relatives, may we also remember that it is those people that we serve that we love, and that we are all residents of Alaska. We pray for safety, especially for those families that are represented here, as we travel as the summer comes on. Pray for those people who are embattled, Lord; give them strength and guidance to continue on. In your precious name Jesus, Amen.
