Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page                                                                
2222. Senator Therriault objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                           
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 120(FIN)                                                                     
"An Act relating to disclosure of certain information from the records                                                          
of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development and limiting                                                               
the use of the disclosed information, and to the calculation and                                                                
payment of unemployment compensation benefits; and providing for                                                                
an effective date" was adopted.
