Senator Therriault objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 120(FIN) "An Act relating to disclosure of certain information from the records of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development and limiting the use of the disclosed information, and to the calculation and payment of unemployment compensation benefits; and providing for an effective date" was adopted. President Green stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 120(FIN) will advance to third reading on the March 26 calendar. SB 214 SENATE BILL NO. 214 "An Act relating to big game hunting by nonresident members of the military service and their dependents; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
